FAQ For Groups

• What makes a group?  Organize a group of 15 and receive great savings on lift tickets, rentals, and lessons. We also offer group rates for 15 or more at CBK Snowtubing.
• How do I save with a group? Book before December 14, 2012 and receive bigger discounts when you book your group trip. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the date of your trip!
• When we arrive where do groups check in?  All midweek/non-holiday groups will be checked-in at the Guest Services Building' Group Sales Windows.All in-season Weekend/Holiday groups will be checked-in at the CBK Lodge Group Sales Desk, unless otherwise specified by your group sales representative.
• As a group leader do we get any Perks? Group leader incentives include a voucher for a lift ticket to be used on another day during the 2012 - 13 winter season, a voucher to spend a day of fun at Camelbeach in Summer 2013, and one complimentary lift ticket for each 15 purchased. • Can we pre-register our rental information for our groups? When you are booking a group trip midweek/non-holiday you can pre-register the group members who are renting or have each group member that is renting skis or snowboards pre-register online. This will allow your group members to be in the system and sign off on the release form as well as speed up the process in rentals. Please ask one of our group representatives to explain this more when you book your group trip.
• How do a book a group trip? Call (570) 629-1661, ext. 1123, or e-mail your questions regarding a group outing today. A group sales representative will return your call or reply to your e-mail. Camelback reserves the right to limit the number of group reservations accepted for any given day.

• Can I book a group on the day I arrive?  To make a reservation, contact our Group Sales office by phone at least 48 hours in advance of your visit. A reservation will be processed at that time. The group leader must provide a breakdown of lift tickets, packages, lessons and rentals.  E-mails or voicemail messages will not be considered reservations. The Group Sales office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily once the season begins. Voicemail is available for messages (not reservations) 24 hours a day. (570) 629-1661 ext. 1123.
