Learn to ski or snowboard with the Explorer Card

Package includes:

• 3 restricted beginner open-to-close lift tickets
• 3 open-to-close rentals
• 3 one and half hour lessons. The lessons are beginner lessons with access to both the Sunbowl, Coolmoor and Laurel Glade learning slopes and lifts.
• Program is for Beginner skiers or snowboarders 6 to 12 or13 and older.

• After you complete your third lesson, turn your Explorer Card and Instructor Evaluation card into Guest Services in exchange for a 2011-2012 CamelCard that will include two 50% off Rental vouchers. The Explorer Card is Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable, cannot be used with any other offers, and is non-upgradeable. This card product is for beginner skiers and snowboarders only. (If you currently have or have had in the past, a Season Pass, CamelCard, Triple Ticket Card, or an Explorer Card, you are not eligible for this program.)

CamelCare Adventurers

CamelCare Adventurers Lesson and Nursery program is geared toward kids ages 3 to 5. This full day program provides ski or snowboard lessons, on-snow skill-building activities, indoor skill-building games, lunch, and lots of fun! Their energy packed day will end with at least an hour of quiet indoor play time in our nursery. Click here to learn more about this program.

Kids Full Day Program (includes lift ticket, ski/snowboard equipment, instruction and lunch)

This enthusiastic skiing and snowboarding program is designed around animated terrain for kids ages 6 through 12. Your kids will surely be STOKED ON SNOW SLIDING no matter if they ride 2 sticks or 1. The full day program runs from 9:00am to 3:30pm with a minimum of 3 hours of on-snow instruction. Each student will receive lunch and snacks throughout the day.

If you reserved your lesson online, simply present your email confirmation form at our "Will Call" Window, located at the Main Ticket Building. Your lift ticket, lesson ticket, and rental ticket will be ready and waiting! (we recommend you arrive at least  an hour prior to program start time to attain your rental equipment and check in  for the program starting at 9am)

We request that Children's Packages be purchased 2 days prior to your date of visit. Because of this policy, you will only be able to select available dates from our online calendar located on the page of the product you pick for purchase.

Full Day Kid's packages not available on December 25, 2011 and after March 20, 2012.

 Discovery Center

Open weekends and holidays starting December 17, 2011

The Discovery Center is the place to be if you are new to the mountain experience or looking to brush up on the basic skills. Our Discovery Center Team will take you by the hand and walk you through every step, beginning at rentals and concluding with an exciting lesson on our exclusive training terrain.

Discovery Center lessons start at 9:00am and launch every hour. Last lesson departs Discovery Center at 2:30pm.

** Camelback Mountain Resort reserves the right to refuse a child due to age, communications barriers, or readiness for the program. Children should be prepared to ride lifts with other members of the public, Camelback Mountain Resort staff, or by themselves. Camelback Mountain Resort does not refund money for children who do not want to be on snow and are in our care.
