All midweek/non-holiday groups will be checked-in at the Guest Services' Group Sales Desk.
All Weekend/Holiday groups will be checked-in at the Sunbowl Lodge Group Sales Desk.
Our great group leader incentives include a voucher for a lift ticket to be used on another day, a voucher to spend a day of fun at Camelbeach in Summer 2010, one complimentary lift ticket for each 15 purchased. Camelback is the "Pocono Mountain's Group Headquarters", so call today to make your reservation.
When you are booking a group trip midweek/non-holiday you can
pre-register the group members who are renting or have each group member that is renting skis or snowboards
pre-register online by clicking on the button above. This will allow your group members to be in the system and sign off on the release form as well as speed up the process in rentals. Please ask one of our group representatives to explain this more when you book your group trip.

Holiday / Weekend
Three-hour sessions begin on the hour, every hour from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m on Saturday. On Sunday sessions run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Group Snowtubing Reservations are not available Saturday, December 26, 2009; Saturday, January 16, 2010, Sunday, January 17, 2010; Saturday, February 13, 2010; Sunday, February 14, 2010, Monday, February 15, 2010, or Saturday, February 20, 2010.

* Beginner Lifts Only.
Includes a restricted Open-to-Close lift ticket that can be used on our Coolmoor or Sunbowl slopes, rental equipment, and an 1½ hour group lesson. Offered for both skiing and snowboarding.
Beginner lesson times are offered at 9:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. on weekends.
**All Area Package
Includes an all area an Open-to-Close ticket, rental equipment, and an 1½ hour group lesson offered for both skiing and snowboarding.

To make a reservation, contact our Group Sales office by phone at least 48 hours in advance of your visit. A reservation will be processed at that time. The group leader must provide a breakdown of lift tickets, packages, lessons and rentals. Specific questions can be e-mailed to
sales@skicamelback.com, however, neither e-mails or voice mail messages will be considered reservations. The Group Sales office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily once the season begins. Voice mail is available for messages (not reservations) 24 hours a day. (570) 629-1661 ext. 1123.
