Noel J Rituper was raised in Bethlehem, PA. by his parents Stephen and Natalie Rituper along with his older brother Stephen and his younger brother David.  He and his brothers had fun growing up and often told stories of the adventures they had in the neighborhood.  He graduated from Freedom High School in 1973.  He attended the University of Delaware where he met his wife Jennifer.  After graduating from East Stroudsburg State College, he and Jennifer were married and made the Poconos their home for 31 years.  Noel enjoyed hiking, fishing, camping and hunting.  He was quite the outdoorsman!  He adored his children Emily and Dru and shared the love of the outdoors with them.  Emily and Dru are proud to say that they are Noel's children. 
      Noel has been a face that everyone at Camelback knew and loved.  He would brighten all of our days in one way or another.  We here at Camelback will forever love and miss our "Chief".
