Children's Programs 2008/2009

If you are purchasing a Lift, Lesson and Rental package for your child on your next viist to Camelback, you can pre-register your rentals online prior to your visit. 

Both of our new rental shops are going paperless as well.  We will be processing all of our rentals in the The Salomon Burton Rental Shop and New Discovery Rental Shop electronically.  You can become a Preferred Rental Guest and bypass the rental line after you have purchased your lift tickets, rentals and/or packages at the ticket windows by preregistering online.

Camelback has the region's best deal for juniors. Our affordable Youth ticket is valid 7 through 18 years of age, every day of the season, making family time together even more affordable!

All-Terrain Expo	Join a program to explore, experience and expand the way feel the mountain below your feet.					$199.00
The expo is a five week program open to any skier or rider who slides blue squares comfortably and looking to improve their "All Mountain" ability. Improve your skills on the steeps, in the bumps, across the rails, out of the pipe and through the gates! Fifteen hours of on snow coaching through five consecutive Saturdays beginning December 27th. Each three hour Saturday sessions begins promptly at 9am.

Kids LTR (Learn to Ride): There has never been a better time to take your “lil one” snowboarding. BURTON LTR for Kids Program is the leader in creating safely skilled riders, under 12, that are showing Snowsports enthusiasts what “enthusiasm” really is. They do this by providing stylish gear designed to create confidence and understanding of how snowboarding works. One example of this is BURTON’S 3 degree edge bevel on their LTR boards which has greatly reduced “catching an edge” and “slamming”. This in turn minimizes falls which maximizes FUN. The only downfall is at the end of the day, telling your new snowboarder it’s time to go home. Click here for information on rates.

Group Lesson Times Midweek/Non-holiday:
Adult and Children all levels 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 6pm.

Group Lesson Times Weekends/Holidays:
Adult and Children intermediate and above 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm
Beginner lessons will be taken on demand from 8:30am to 4pm.

Private Lesson Times for ages 4 and older:
Private lessons will be offered on the hour every hour until 6pm any day.

All New on site Camel Care Center for Children ages 1 to 6 years only:
Non-skiing child care for age 1 year through 6 years (child must be walking). Diapers and snacks to be provided by parents. Child must be picked up by parents for lunch. This service is only available on weekends during the early and late season and daily from mid-December through mid-March. Hours are Midweek/Non-holiday 9:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m, Weekends/Holidays 7:30 a.m. — 6:00p.m.
