Last winter Camelback completely remodeled and expanded the rental shop by adding an additional floor.  Both of our rental shops are now paperless.  Rentals in the Salomon Burton Rental Shop and the Discovery Rental Shop are processed electronically.  The equipment is scanned in and out making the rental process more efficient.   Once you have rented at Camelback Mountain Resort you are now a Preferred Renter.

 

The first step in the rental process is providing your information to an associate who imputes it into the system.  This is done when you first enter the rental shop(s).   By registering online your information is already in the system allowing you to skip this first step.   Preferred Renters have their own entrance into the rental shop(s) allowing them to proceed directly to the boot counters where they are greeted by friendly associates. 

 
Ski and snowboard rentals, along with your lift ticket, must be purchased at one of our ticket windows prior to entering the rental shop(s).   At the time of your ticket/rental purchase you must tell the ticket seller you are a Preferred Renter.  This will attach your name and all of your information to a personalized rental ticket.  Not informing the ticket seller you are a preferred renter will add an additional step to the rental process and you will be unable to go through the specially marked preferred renter entrance and proceed directly to the boot counter.

 
Registering online for rentals is free and puts you on the snow faster!   You are not committed to come on a certain day.  It is just a convenient way to omit the first step in the rental process.   The required information for each guest is name, address, phone number, height, weight, date of birth, shoe size, skier type or snowboarding ability.   If you are pre-registering for someone else please have this information handy.
