These are protocols will continue to be developed over the coming weeks as we work to open for our 2020-21 Winter Season. Please check back regularly to stay up to date on our protocols. 

Winter 2020 Protocol

 

• There will be no singles lines.

• Only parties that arrived together may ride together.  

• On quad lifts, two singles may ride together if seated on opposite ends of the chair.  On triples and doubles, singles must ride alone.

• Hand sanitizer will be placed at the bottom of the lifts.

• On conveyors, guests will ride 6 feet from each other

• Lift attendants will wear proper PPE (face coverings and gloves).

• Lift controls will be disinfected between staff changes and nightly.

• Guests will purchase ski or snowboard rentals on-line and complete all required paperwork on-line. 

• Guests will be given appointment times.

• Six feet of social distancing will be required in queue lines both inside and outside of the rental shop.  

• One-way traffic within the shops will be required.

• There will be plexiglass separation barriers at all points where guests and staff interact.

• All employees and guests will be required to wear a face covering.  

• Hand sanitizer stations will be placed throughout the rental shop.

• Tools and workstations will not be shared between employees and will be sanitized upon completion of the shift.

• Boot fit aids will be disinfected after use.

• Boots and helmets will be disinfected after use and before reissue.

• Ski pole hand grips will be disinfected before reissue.

• Boot fitting and try-on benches will be socially distanced.  

• Equipment return will be contactless: guests will drop equipment off in a designated area.

 

• Lift tickets will be purchased on-line.

• Waivers will be completed on-line.  

• Kiosks will be used to print and retrieve tickets.  Touch screens will be disinfected between guests.

• Queue lines will be socially distanced at 6 feet.
